Julia Van Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Van (Fords, New Jersey), who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia Van to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kya K. Van; her son Allen Van; her sons-in-law, Henry Chow and Donald Chow; and her great grandchild Ryan Chow.
She is survived by: her children, Ruby Chow of Edison, Vivien Chow of San Mateo, CA and Tony Van (Madalena) of West Caldwell; and her daughter-in-law Gwyneth Van of Thousand Oaks, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens (US-1 North, Iselin, NJ 08830). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rutgers Community Christian Church (71 Cedar Grove Ln, Somerset, NJ 08873).
