He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Balwierczak; and his son Kenneth. He is survived by: his daughter Karen DeGiorgio (Todd) of Florida; his grandchildren, Gianna Jirau (Jared) of Florida and Nick De Giorgio of California; his great grandchildren, Caleb of Florida, Jared Jr. of Florida, Jazlynn of Florida and Joshua of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Zuczek and Irene Zuczek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions are requested to Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center.
