She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Miller and Edmund Miller; and her daughter Louise. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Miceli; her daughters, Donna Hess (Duke) of Raritan and Denise Vitelli (Joe) of Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Eve, Drew Hess, Dominic and Raquel Vitelli; and her sister Doris Vagrin (Anton).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sheenan Funeral Home (233 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen, NJ 08812). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (208 Bound Brook Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joan's memory may be made to the Padre Pio Foundation of America.
