With solemn reverence, we commemorate George Lyons of Fords, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on January 21, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, George shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi R. Lyons. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Gulics of Clinton and George J. Lyons (Mary Lou) of Somerset; his grandson Timothy Gulics (Heidi) of Converse, TX; and his siblings, Gary Lyons (Anne Lyons) of South Amboy, Helen Ensel of South Plainfield and Barbara Payer of East Brunswick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flynn and Son/Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863).
