She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Briante and Mildred Briante. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Short; her brother Nicholas; her daughter Mary Ellen Knudsen; her grandson Russell Short; and her children, Kevin, Mark, Thomas, James, Edward, Christopher, David, Kathy, Connie and Bethann. She is also survived by grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
