She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Yakubik and John Yakubik; her daughter Carol Bernadyn Hediger; and her siblings, John Yakubik, Joseph Yakubik and Mary Hospodar Bandics.
She is survived by: her daughter Bernice A. Medwick (Charles B.) of Fords; her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Stephanie, Kenneth, Kurt and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Michael, Frankie, Charles John and Milo.
