He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prussack and Josephine Prussack; his wife Tiffany; his siblings, Joseph Prussack and Marie Gunderson; and his niece Kathy.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew J. Prussack of Fords and Thomas Prussack (Kim) of Fords; his grandson Logan; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher and Erica; his nieces, Colleen (Frank), Shannon and Lorraine; his nephew Jason; and his parents-in-law, Frank, Barbara Johnson, John and Diane Johnson. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins.
