She is survived by: her husband Harold George Hayward; her children, Steven Hayward, Ronald Hayward (Toni Ann), Susan Hoover (John), Patricia Driscoll and Laura Hayward (Al); her grandchildren, Stefan, Katelyn, Ryan, Thomas, Sean, Robert, Christopher, Tyler, Matthew, Victoria, Daniel, Elizabeth and Amanda; and her brothers, James Reich (Diane) and Thomas Reich (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
