He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi D'Stefan and Mary D'Stefan; and his siblings, Louis D'Stefan and Theresa D'Stefan. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Donna Haag of Tennessee; and his son-in-law Dennis Haag.
