He is survived by: his wife Judith Elder Rogers; his children, Andrew Y. Rogers III and Elizabeth R. Hall; his grandsons, Mitchell Arthur, Owen Andrew Rogers, Luke Edward and Malcolm Hunter Hall; and his siblings, Polly Larned, Malcolm P. Rogers and Frances P. Zilkha.
