He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith Howard; his children, Jay Adcock of Florence, NJ, Bret Adcock of Florence, NJ and Juliana Adcock of Burlington Township; his granddaughter Savannah; his parent-in-law Kay Smith; and also Thomas Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers memorial contributions in Howard's memory may be made to Columbus Baptist Church.
