O'Hagan; his son Don; his daughter-in-law Dejia O'Hagan; his grandsons, Don IV, Liam and Asher O'Hagan; his siblings, Donna O'Hagan, Denise Jaczko and Joe Jaczko; and his close friends, Chuck, Lynann Vaughan and Matthew Everett. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
