He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Brotherton; his stepfather John Monachello; and his brother Bill Jacobsen. He is survived by: his wife Francine; his children, Melissa Gregory (Jon), Kevin Jacobsen and Lauren Jacobsen; his grandsons, Zachary, Christopher and Joshua Gregory; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Whelan, Gerry Wonderlin, Chris Dragon and Bern McMonagle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions made to the Burlington County Animal Shelter, 35 Academy Drive would be appreciated by his family.
