He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sophie Ciganek, Thomas and Helen Sklodowski; and his parents, Sophie D. Sklodowski and Thomas A. Sklodowski.
He is survived by: his brother Sean; his sister-in-law Angela Sklodowski; his niece Sadie Elizabeth Sklodowski; and his cousins, Randy and Maria Matlack (family: Glenn Matlack). He is also survived by family, Glenn Matlack and Craig's extended family.
