He is survived by: his wife Georgia Muhs; his daughter Elizabeth Kelly; his son-in-law Randy Kelly; his son Williams F. Muhs III; and his granddaughters, Maggie Kelly and Paige Ping Kelly.
He loved his work and the benefits of being able to work from his farm, long before the Covid pandemic kept people from their offices.
As his health failed, from Parkinson's Disease and dementia, he found a new home at Arden Court in Easton, PA.
