He was predeceased by: his parents, John Higgins and Mary Higgins (Valentino); and his sister Joyce Bolger. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mathews Higgins; and his siblings, John Higgins of Bensalem, PA and Mary Ann Paterniti of Burlington, VT..
