He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Karpew; his children, Robert Karpew (Kristina) of Bloomsbury, NJ, Joseph Karpew (Amanda) of Frenchtown, NJ, Stephen Karpew, Jr. (Quyen) of Flemington, NJ, Brenda Thomas (Bill) of Kingsland, GA and Charles Karpew (Katherine Underhill) of Holland Township, NJ; his grandchildren, Brandon, Justin, Hannah, Krista, Katelyn, Allyson, Skylar, Wyatt, Sawyer and Avah; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Braydon, Cayden, Aydon, Allontè and Gracelyn.
