He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Antiskay and Karoline Antiskay (Laminski); and his wife Dolores Majewski. He is survived by: his son Stanley Jr.; his daughter-in-law Anne Antiskay of Phildelphia, PA; his daughter Marie; his son-in-law Steve Riggins of Peoria, AZ; his son Michael Antiskay of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Joseph Antiskay of Zuni, VA, Catherine Antiskay of Frenchtown, NJ., Elizabeth, Stephen, Brian, Christina, Amanda, Jessica, John, Matthew, Anthony, Nicholas and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Selena and Javier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
