He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Welsh and Kathryn Welsh (Van Hart); and his sons, David and Matthew Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Welsh (Yesco); his children, Susan (Stephanie), Brian (Theresa), Eric (Liz) and Adam (Jill); his granddaughters, Skyla, Sierra, Ava, Hannah and Elise; his sister Susan Testa (Joe Marvulli); his nieces and nephews, Michele and Michael; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Samantha, Nick, Alex and GiGi; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Yesco and John Yesco.
