Bartlett-Palmer of Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin, Perrin Smith of Pennsylvania, Sara, Jed Smith of New Jersey, Krystal, John Narducci of New Jersey, Stanley Field of New Jersey, Cody and Ashley Palmer of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
