He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalia Prokofiew; and his sister Lydia Witkoski. He is survived by: his wife Adrian Prokofiew; his children, Jenifer Prokofiew of Maryland, Adam Prokofiew and Jonathan Prokofiew; and his sisters, Nadia Petitt of Myrtle Beach, SC and Monica Polanco of Myrtle Beach, SC..
