It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jo Ciotta of Flemington, New Jersey, born in Dallas, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kashuba and Katherine Zambeck Kashuba; and her son Mark Ciotta. She is survived by: her husband Donald A. Ciotta; her son David; her daughter-in-law Jackie Ciotta of Little Silver, NJ; her daughter Jennifer Ciotta; her son-in-law Craig Fitzsimmons of Rhinebeck, NY; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Brianna, Veronica and Catalina.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Misericordia University, 301 Lake Street, Dallas, PA 18612.
