He was predeceased by: his father Harry J. Chambers. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn E. Chambers; his wife Wendy M. Chambers of Flemington, NJ; and his daughter Jennifer K. Chambers (Andrew) of Feasterville-Trevose, PA.
