It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelsey Elizabeth Flanigan (Flemington, New Jersey), born in Raritan, New Jersey, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James F. Flanigan and Dianne Flanigan (O'Donnell); her siblings, Brendan and Caitlin; her brother-in-law Jordan; and her godson Aidan. She is also survived by her grandmother, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving friends.
