With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen S. Fretz (Flemington, New Jersey), born in Stockton, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Cochran and Bessie Cochran (Gill). She is survived by : her husband Joseph Fretz; her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law Tom Smith of Frenchtown, NJ; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Sarah Fretz of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Smith, Charlie Smith and Charlotte Fretz; and her siblings, Samuel Cochran, Donald Cochran, Sally Horner, Linda Liggett and Theresa Furstenberg.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home (147 Main St, Flemington, NJ 08822). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Karen's name may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 13770 Noel Road, Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380.
