She is survived by: her children, Jodi Jacoby, Linda Cullen Alexander (Joe), Michael Cullen (Cindy) and Kim Cullen Black (Keith); her grandchildren, Joseph Jacoby, Jr., Katie Jacoby, Sarah Jacoby, Jessica Menick, Lindsay Cullen, Courtney Alexander, Kerry Cullen, Josh Cullen and Alex Lawton; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Julia Menick and Howie Jacoby.
