He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony P. Krystofiak and Anne Marie Krystofiak; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Tiffany Krystofiak and Renee Schubert; his grandchildren, Austin, Karleigh and Brandon Schubert; and his brother Ronald Krystofiak (Paula). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
