He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Jack and Dora Emmons Jack. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Marie Jack; his children, Joseph Moser (Kristine) of Hellertown, PA, Jessica Cirigliario of Phillipsburg, NJ and Nicholas Jack of Flemington, NJ.; his grandchildren, Marissa Cirigliano, Joseph Patrick Moser and Kimberly Paige Moser; and his sisters, Katherine Bianci of Flemington, NJ and Sharon Payne of Kansas.
