She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Anna Mae Smith (Hendershot); and her husband Henry "Hank" Alpaugh. She is survived by: her children, Johnson, Jr. of Baptistown, NJ, Dorothy Lopshire (Howard) of Ringoes, NJ and George Johnson of Kingwood Township, NJ; and her stepchildren, Gloria Christensen (Alex) of Whitehouse Station, NJ and Robin Alpaugh of Pennsylvania.
