He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerardo Salvatore and Maria Nicola Salvatore; and his siblings, Antoinetta Lardieri, Maria Salvatore and Giulio Salvatore.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Rosemarie Pierre (Kevin), Gerardo (Lori Martini) and Angelo Jr.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Emily, Matthew Salvatore, Jacquelyn and Danielle Pierre; and his siblings, Lisa Gallucci, Connie Iannuzzelli and Ralph Salvatore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Angelo's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
