He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Blanco and Josephine Fernandez Blanco. He is survived by: his wife Betty Blanco (Gorochovsky); his children, Michael, Leonard Blanco, Barbara Fuller and Susan Benesh; his granddaughter Rebecca Sorenson; and his great-nieces, Alexis and Ava Sorenson.
Due to the pandemic, a private service with military honors will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
