He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Jakelsky and Carol Jakelsky (Wagner). He is survived by: his nephew Steven Manetta Jr.; his brother Jake; his wife Beth Jakelsky (Gimbi); his daughters, Amber, April, Autumn, Ashlyn and Arinn; and his sisters, Darlene and Victoria. He is also survived by spouses and eight grandchildren.
