He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis C., Sr. and Agnes T.; and his wife Betty Rae. He is survived by : his children, Warren D. Windt (Jane), Daniel P. Windt (Susan), Jeffrey A. Windt (Kathy), David M. Windt (Debbie), Betty J. Forward and Mark R. Windt; his siblings, Louis Windt Jr., Katherine Cikovsky and Mary Keba; and his pet Rae. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
