She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Forbes and Ruth Forbes (McGinnis). She is survived by: her husband William E. Carnathan; her daughters, Mary Therese Glennon (Anthony), Ruth Anne Kuhl (Peter) and Patricia Ashe (Thomas); her grandchildren, Melissa, Sean, Tommy, Erin, Billy and Connor; and her siblings, Joseph Forbes (Bonnie) and Mary Carnathan (Harold). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews.
