He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Helyn Wagner (Busser); and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Pellegrino); his children, Richard R. Wagner, Jr., Robin Raabe (Saul) and Rosemary Lang (James); his grandchildren, Ashley Wagner, Jack Lang and Kathryn Lang; his brother William Wagner (Grace); and his nieces, Michele, Alecia, Beth and Susan.
