Kowalczyk (Flanders, New Jersey), born in Livingston, New Jersey, who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Theodora Kowalczyk; his sister Monica Beaumont (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Julia, Morgan and Hunter; his grandmother Sofia Kolkiewicz; and his father John S. Kowalczyk, Sr.. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousins.
