He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Kilkeary and Jane Kilkeary; his wife Carol Kilkeary; his children, Joanne Kilkeary of Clifton, John P. Kilkeary (Corinne) of Roxbury and Paul Ragusa-Schweitzer of Long Beach; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Bianca, Ivana Ragusa, Eileen and Renee Kilkeary; and his brother Joseph Kilkeary of Staten Island.
