He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Carlton Harvey, II. He is survived by: his wife Carole Harvey (Schroer); his child Jesse Carlton Harvey IV (Carole) of Bridgewater, NJ; his grandsons, Zachary and Nicholas of Netcong, NJ.; and his sisters, Sandra Nasteff and Priscilla Cross. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
