He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Collins and Edna Collins (Ennis); and his siblings, Gerard Collins, John Collins, Robert Collins, Joseph Collins, Ann Gilroy, Jane Marotta, Maureen Belfiore, Grace Pesci and Patricia Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Latella (Tony), Robert Collins (Ingerlise), James Collins (Robin), Patty Mastrodomenico, Kevin "Jerry" Collins (Tracy) and Jennifer Koch (Wayne); and his sister Dorothy Congro. He is also survived by seventeen loving grandchildren, twelve cherished great-grandchildren.
