He was predeceased by : his parent Mary Duplissis Wright; his adoptive parents, Francis Duplissis and Edith Duplissis; his siblings, Barbara Betcher, Betty Duplissis, Donald Duplissis and Robert Duplissis; his brother-in-law Victor Betcher; his parents-in-law, Robert and Eleanor Plumley; and his cousin Jason Thompson.

He is survived by : his wife Louise; his son Frank Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kerri; and his granddaughter Quinn. He is also survived by family, Cynthia Wright (Jerry) and family, Kathy Betcher and family.
