Maceyak, Gianna Noelle Maceyak, Ava Marie Maceyak and Luis Jose Maceyak; his mother Frances Maceyak; his siblings, Deborah Ladin (Philip) and Brian Maceyak; his goddaughter Jacqueline; and also Steven (Jessica).
