He was predeceased by : his father Edward Maceyak, Sr.. He is survived by : his spouse Soraya; his children, Daniella N. Maceyak, Gianna Noelle Maceyak, Ava Marie Maceyak and Luis Jose Maceyak; his mother Frances Maceyak; his siblings, Deborah Ladin (Philip) and Brian Maceyak; his goddaughter Jacqueline; and also Steven (Jessica).
