He is survived by: his wife Amy (Dailey); his children, Amy Giles (Walt), Salvatore, Jr. (Jennifer), Jim (Melissa) and Sherri Afflitto (Mike); and his sister Viola Diodato (Chickie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws, friends and his Equestra neighbors.
