He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Stasia. He is survived by: his wife Myra O'Leary; his son Sean O'Leary; his siblings, Mary Lu Pool of Milton Delaware, Daniel I. O'Leary and Gerald E. O'Leary; his nephew Jamie Pool; and his niece Kathleen O'Leary.
