He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kadash and Catherine Kadash; and his sister Kathleen Stocker. He is survived by: his wife Handri Kadash; his brothers, Jerry Kadash (Natalie) of Tinton Falls and Friend; his brother-in-law Andries Dormehl (Melisa) of Melbourne, Australia; his niece Amy Hilliard-Lomas; and his nephew Jarred Dormehl.
