She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick G. Russell III; and her parents, John Shebanie and Ruth Shebanie. She is survived by: her stepmother Julie; her children, John (Chrissie) of Farmingdale, Scott (Crissy) of Howell, Linda Merces (Joseph) of Middletown, Dena Marchese (Michael) of Wall, Cindy Latshaw (Tommy) of Wall and Tammy Ward of Howell; her foster children, Loan, Giang (Tammy), Phong and Tam of Vietnam; her grandchildren, Amanda, Rebecca, Matthew, Kate, Brittany, Jules, Stephen, Emily, Hannah, Kayla, Renee, Tyler, James, Erick, Sean, Breanna, Benjamin, Alena, Brian, Keith and Justin; and her great grandchild Gianna.
Donations may be made in her name to Farmingdale Howell First Aid, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
