He is survived by: his wife Theodora "Doke" Kamp; his children, Veronica Ferraro (Ralph), Karin Kamp (Mark Parsia) and Wil (Cheryl); his siblings, Els Burgman, Anneke, Kolk and Hans Kamp; his grandchildren, Annika, Elizabeth, Michael, Jessica and Jayme; and his great grandchildren, Joey, Carter, Olivia and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org), in memory of Wim Kamp.
