He is survived by: his brother Elliott; his grandparents, Mel Gayer, Mellissa Gayer, Mark Hawk, Janet Lambert and Dean Lambert; his aunt Courtney Domaschko; and his uncles, Ben Domaschko and Drew Hawk.
