She was predeceased by: her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Christine Perez (Edwin Perez), Anthony Caravano (Danielle Caravano) and James Caravano Jr. (Meghan Caravano); her grandchildren, Christopher, Annamaria, Michael, Anthony, Emily, Isabella, James and Alyssa; and her siblings, Antonetta Ferrara, Josephine Tomasso and Angelo Gattozzi.

Family has requested: In lieu of flowers, donations be made in Memory of Maria to the Alzheimer's Association, https://www.alz.org.
