He is survived by: his wife Annie Qutub; his children, Jack, Sami, Jo Anne and Hering; his grandchildren, Kristen, Justin, Kalli, Paige, Brooke, Piper and Joey; and his siblings, Dawud, Ishaq, Musa, Nahida, Ferial and Samira. He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
