Jack left this world on February 27, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Deitch and Dora Deitch. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his close friend Patricia O'Rourke; his children, John (Wendi) and Lisa (Wendy); and his grandson John. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A reception was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (155 South Ave, Fanwood, NJ 07023). A prayer was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
